Conscious Connected Breathing is a breathwork technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without pauses. This causes shifts in physiology, deepens awareness of - and connection to - self, others and nature, providing the groundwork for profound personal development.

TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming the nervous system.
